Stuart graduated from the European School of Osteopathy in 2006 and is registered the General Osteopathic Council. He has experience in using a variety of structural and cranial osteopathic techniques to treat a wide range of conditions in patients of all ages.
Since becoming a father in 2010 Stuart has had a great deal of success and enjoyment in treating babies suffering from many complaints. This has led him to become a fellow of the Sutherland Cranial College of Osteopathy. He has completed their pathway of courses to gain more proficiency in using cranial osteopathy to treat problems throughout the body in patients from newborns and children, to adults and the elderly.
He is now training to become a tutor to pass on his enthusiasm to other osteopaths. Through his development and study on the subject, Stuart has developed an interest in how complex issues present themselves throughout the body – in particular how emotions and stress can manifest and relate to other conditions.
He has a passion for helping people who suffer from stress, anxiety and trauma/PTSD.
Over the past two years, Mr Stuart Wilson has treated my husband and I for various problems. We had heard from friends that osteopathy was also effective on babies but we had not realised how great it was. We had planned to visit Stuart once I had given birth but as it was a traumatic labour, this prompted us to get in touch much sooner and our little one had her first session on day 5. Straight away, we saw results. Our baby had problems latching on to the breast but within hours of being treated, this was no longer an issue. We have been back three times for colon and wind worries and a day or two later, our baby is much happier. Stuart has worked wonders with her and we would recommend him without any hesitation.
